Our 135-year-old building has been lovingly renovated over two years to provide character-filled spaces available to rent in our community hub. There are two lockable offices, each suited to 2-4 people. Light filled and appointed with wifi, desks, chairs, split system heating and cooling, remote controlled blinds and gallery track hanging system for hanging your own artworks. Suited to writers, creatives, solopreneurs and small businesses looking for a home in a creative and community focussed building. Our gallery space is also available to book for exhibitions. With period details such as ceiling roses and (non-working) original fireplaces, these offices/studios encourage creativity and community connection.

Each space is located above Coburg Winebar Gemini, via the private staircase. On the same floor is a newly appointed non-gendered bathroom, gallery space and long hallway fitted with gallery track hanging system. Downstairs is fully stocked cafe and wine bar (yes you can run a weekly tab!) perfect if you like to take meetings over coffee or want to host a small event.
