Whole bunch Muscat of Alexandria (70%) underwent carbonic maceration for 20 days, while mostly destemmed Grenache Blanc was macerated for 7 days. The wine was aged in neutral oak for 12 months, with an additional 3 months in stainless steel before bottling.
