Winemaking / Farming Techniques: 100% Syrah (Shiraz) from Heathcote. The fruit is sustainably grown. The wine is left on skins for around two weeks to extract colour and flavour, then pressed and matured in barrels for roughly a year before release. Designed to be lightly chilled.
Style / Body: Light-to-medium bodied “chilled red” style – approachable, vibrant and built for freshness rather than heavy extraction.
Notes: Aromas of tart cherry and red berries with a touch of spice. On the palate: bright red fruit rush, light peppery spice, a hint of dust or earth, and a savoury finish. Serve chilled to highlight the fruit and liveliness.
