Winemaking / Farming Techniques: Made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes sourced from Scary Gully Vineyard. Whole-bunch pressed directly into concrete egg fermenters, where it ferments and matures for nine months on full solids. No oak influence, minimal intervention; bottled with minimal sulphur.
Style/Body: Medium-bodied, lush, and texturally rich but balanced, with a clean and vivid profile.
Notes: A complex and generous wine showcasing fruit purity and intricate texture. Intense aromas of pear drop and lemon zest lead to a waxy, honeycomb palate, finishing with cinnamon-stick spice and a saline grip. Flavours are rich yet fresh, with crystal-clear clarity and layered nuance.
