BK Ramato Pinot Gris is a vibrant, skin-contact take on the variety, balancing freshness with texture. It’s expressive, slightly wild and beautifully drinkable. “Ramato” refers to the copper hue gained from fermenting Pinot Gris on its skins, something BK approaches with a light touch to keep the wine lifted rather than heavy. The result is a wine that sits between white, rosé and orange styles, offering aromatics, grip and freshness all in one.

Why you'll love me

If you’re into wines that feel a little different but still approachable, this hits perfectly. It’s bright and juicy up front, but with just enough texture and savoury character to keep things interesting. A super versatile, food-friendly wine that works across a wide range of dishes and occasions.

Style / Body: Light-to-medium bodied, textural and gently skinsy with bright acidity.
