Why you'll love me

This wine sits in the white nectarine aroma spectrum with delicately fragrant jasmine and boronia. There is good acid balance punctuating the richer palate tendency of Viognier.

The grapes were sourced from Bellarine Estate’s basalt-soil vineyard. They were selectively machine-harvested and fermented in old barrels in a gentle, cool process.

Location: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria, Australia
Winemaking / Farming Techniques: Crafted by winemaker Kirilly Gordon, this Viognier is produced with a focus on minimal intervention to highlight the varietal's purity and the unique terroir of the Bellarine Peninsula. The grapes are handpicked and gently whole-bunch pressed, with fermentation occurring in seasoned French oak barrels using wild yeasts. The wine rests on lees over winter to develop complexity before bottling.
Style/Body: Medium-bodied with a silky texture and balanced acidity.
