Fleet’s Lichen Series Chardonnay is sourced from one of Victoria’s highest and coolest vineyards on the Whitlands High Plateau, where the long, slow growing season preserves vibrant natural acidity while allowing exceptional flavour development. Whole-bunch pressing, barrel fermentation, full malolactic fermentation and regular lees stirring create a Chardonnay with impressive depth and texture, while retaining remarkable freshness, precision and a strong sense of place.

Why you'll love me

If you enjoy modern Australian Chardonnay that balances richness with restraint, this is a beautiful example. It offers generous stone fruit and subtle oak wrapped around a vibrant mineral core, making it equally suited to thoughtful sipping or the dinner table. The combination of high-altitude fruit, careful winemaking and seamless balance results in a Chardonnay that feels sophisticated, energetic and effortlessly drinkable.
