Winemaking / Farming Techniques: Crafted from 100% Barbera grapes, this wine underwent two weeks of skin fermentation in concrete fermenters. It was then pressed into old, large-format oak barrels for maturation over winter and spring, before being bottled in October.
Style/Body: Medium-bodied with a smooth and velvety texture, showcasing a balance of fruitiness and subtle oak influence.
Notes: The nose presents warm vanilla and clove spices, evolving into earthy aromas as the wine breathes. On the palate, it offers soft blueberry notes, complemented by a long finish with umami tones and very fine tannins.
