If you enjoy rosés that aren’t sweet or flabby, ones that cut through the warmth and refresh the palate, this just might be your summer favourite. It offers fruit, fragrance, finesse and structure in a way that many rosés only aspire to. It’s rosé for people who love details; minerality, purity and energy, yet still want something that’s dead easy to drink and share.

Location: Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia (fruit from the Sexton and Tarraford vineyards)
Winemaking / Farming techniques: Hand-picked early-ripened Pinot Noir and Syrah. Whole-bunch pressed (only free-run juice), long cool fermentation in stainless steel, matured on ferment lees, bottled under screw cap.
Style / Body: Light-bodied, crisp and dry with vibrant acidity and a refreshing texture.
Notes: Aromas of redcurrant, fresh raspberry, orange zest, and lavender. The palate is bone-dry, zesty, and lean, with excellent cut, persistence, and a lingering stony mineral finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood (oysters, prawns), grilled fish, summer salads with citrus dressing, or light tapas. Great with charcuterie or simple cheeses too.
