Winemaking / Farming Techniques: Crafted from grapes grown on the granite-rich soils of Dash Farm, this Pinot Noir is made with minimal intervention. The wine is fermented using native yeasts, with a mix of whole bunches and whole berries. It is aged in French oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop complexity and finesse.

Style/Body: Medium-bodied, elegant, and structured with a smooth texture and a good balance of fruit and acidity.
Notes: The 2024 vintage presents a vibrant ruby colour. On the nose, it has bright red fruit aromas like raspberry and red cherry, with hints of exotic spices and subtle herbal notes. The palate is refined with silky tannins, carrying the fruit forward and finishing with a light touch of smoke and minerality.
