A blend of Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, it’s got this beautiful texture, ripe stone fruit, a bit of spice, and a little grip from some skin contact. It’s rich but fresh, complex but totally smashable. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should!

Location: Granite Belt, Queensland, Australia
Winemaking / Farming Techniques: A co-fermented blend of Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne, inspired by Rhône Valley whites. Made using skin-contact techniques, giving the wine an orange/amber hue. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged on skins for added texture and complexity. Minimal intervention, unfiltered, and unfined.
Style/Body: Medium-bodied with a textured, slightly tannic mouthfeel and a complex, aromatic profile.
Notes: This skin-contact white (orange wine) is rich and layered, balancing stone fruit and floral notes with earthy, nutty undertones from extended skin maceration.
Descriptors: Apricot, dried orange peel, white tea, honeysuckle, almond, ginger spice, and a touch of saline minerality.
Pairing Suggestions: Pairs well with charcuterie, roasted poultry, spiced Middle Eastern dishes, and umami-rich foods like miso-glazed eggplant. Also excellent with washed-rind
cheeses or wild mushroom risotto.
