Winemaking / Farming techniques: 100% Gamay noir à jus blanc from vines aged ~40-80 years. Organic farming. Carbonic (or semi-carbonic) maceration for ≈15 days, indigenous yeasts, elevage ~7 months in concrete vats (and some used vessels) before bottling. Minimal intervention.
Style / Body: Light to medium-bodied, vibrant, juicy, with lifted freshness and subtle tannins. A wine made for vibrancy and early drinking rather than massive structure.
Notes: Bright red fruits; strawberry, raspberry and cherry, on the nose. Wet earth, crushed stone minerality, a hint of spice (white pepper or floral/herbal lift), clean acid line giving freshness. Finish is energetic, with fine tannins and a gentle rustic edge.
