Little Brunswick Ramato Pinot Gris is a vibrant, skinsy take on the variety; fresh, colourful and quietly complex. It bridges the gap between white and rosé with ease and charm. “Ramato” refers to the traditional Italian method of fermenting Pinot Gris on its copper-coloured skins, giving both hue and texture. Little Brunswick leans into this gently, keeping extraction light so the wine stays refreshing while still delivering grip, aromatics and savoury detail.

Because it gives you the best of three worlds: the refreshment of a white, the colour and charm of a rosé, and the subtle grip of a skin-contact wine. It’s incredibly versatile, food-friendly, and perfect for drinkers who love aromatic, textured wines without heaviness.
