Partida Creus VN Blanco

Fresh, crisp and light-boded.
A field blend of organically grown Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeo, Moscatell, Vinyater, Xarello, Parsé, Parellada from
calcareous clay soils in the Baix Penedès. All grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed with 1-3 day maceration on
skins, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged for 2 months longer in stainless.
Bottled without fining, filtering, and of course zero S02.
