Matured in French oak (mostly seasoned, small % new) to preserve fruit purity. Minimal intervention, unfined and lightly filtered.
Style / Body: Light-to-medium bodied, elegant and savoury with fine tannins and bright acidity.
Notes: Red cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry with rose petal and subtle spice. The palate is silky and lifted, showing earthy undertones, fine tannins and a long, mineral-edged finish.
