Winemaking / Farming Techniques: This wine is crafted from 100% Riesling grapes sourced from the Elgo vineyard in the Strathbogie Ranges. The grapes undergo 30 days of skin contact, followed by fermentation in neutral barrels. The wine is then matured for an additional six months in neutral oak, and is naturally stabilized, unfined, and unfiltered, with sulfur being the only addition.
Style/Body: Amber-style (orange) wine with a full-bodied, structured palate and a pleasing grip.
