Winemaking / Farming Techniques: A blend of Syrah parcels from Broke and Pokolbin. One parcel underwent direct pressing and barrel fermentation, while the other was whole-bunch carbonic macerated for 10 days and basket-pressed into stainless steel. After 10 months of maturation, components are blended; unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulphur, crafted for chillable enjoyment
