Si Vintners Halcyon Chardonnay is a cool-incline Barossa expression that balances purity of fruit with refined oak and textural nuance. It’s a wine built for clarity, structure and long, elegant flavours. Unlike some richer Barossa Chardonnays, Halcyon leans into freshness and minerality, preserving the variety’s natural acidity while gaining complexity from lees contact and gentle oak influence. Winemaking focuses on restraint and precision, showcasing site rather than oak, resulting in a wine that’s both layered and lively.
