Plus its story, a loving tribute and thoughtfully made, makes the bottle a conversation piece, not just a drink.

Location: Heathcote & Pyrenees, Victoria, Australia
Winemaking / Farming techniques:
The Tempranillo was wild-fermented for 8 days on skins, then pressed and added to Sangiovese which underwent 4 days on skins before being pressed to stainless steel. The juice completed wild primary and malolactic fermentation–agement in stainless steel for four months before early bottling in August to preserve freshness.
Style / Body: Light-to-medium body with a refreshing, chilled-red profile; bright, juicy, and built for ease rather than heaviness.
Notes: Tart cherry, red-currant, and dried fig on the nose, with clove and subtle vanilla in the background. On the palate: fresh red berries, a hint of herbaceous spice, soft tannins and a chilled, “park-and-takeaway-pizza” vibe.
Descriptors: Tart cherry · Dried fig · Clove · Soft vanilla · Red berry crunch · Herbaceous edge · Chillable red
Pairing Suggestions: Excellent with takeaway pizza, charcuterie boards, light pasta dishes with tomato base, or chilled by itself on a warm afternoon.
